About the role

As Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for the delivery of music exams within the UK and Ireland. Utilising a customer focused approach to exam delivery, your key responsibilities will be to:

Ensure quality delivery of all music exams, offering an outstanding level of service to Trinity customers and addressing any issues that arise
Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience and underpinning operational
processes

You will be a key point of contact for customers, advising on assessment options and answering queries. Alongside this you will work with exam centres and examiners to ensure smooth running of the exams. You will also manage scheduling and any administrative tasks related to exam delivery.


About you

Experienced administrator with good organisational skills
Experience in a customer facing environment
Ability to prioritise, to work under pressure and meet deadlines
A team player with a positive “can do” attitude and flexible approach to work
