Monday to Friday 9.30am 2.30pm
Salary NJC scale 3 £25,583 £25,989 Gross (Actual salary Pro Rata £14,785 - £15,019)
We are looking for a Finance and HR Admin Assistant to work with our small Central Team supporting the schools in our Trust.
You will be working closely with the Finance Manager & CFO; you will be the first point of contact for finance and HR queries. You will assist and support the Finance Manager with performing essential administrative accounting tasks. This also includes processing invoices, reconciling accounts, managing expense claims, assisting with payroll and ensuring financial records are up to date. You will also assist and support the HR Advisor with the administration of personnel records, recruitment and data. You will also offer an effective administrative support service, always ensuring confidentiality. Successful candidates will be proactive, well organised, computer literate, have excellent interpersonal skills and preferably have experience of working in an education environment.
