To provide a focused HR service, ensuring that professional, proactive, comprehensive and effective HR advice and support is provided to linemanagers within a designated business groups throughout the Trust.To ensure that the service provided is consistent within defined quality standards and all relevant policies and procedures in order to ensure theHR strategy, objectives and key performance indicators are implemented effectively across the organisation.
