Care and Compliance Manager – Up to £60,000 + Car Allowance | West Yorkshire & Surrounding Areas

Our client, an established and person-centred care provider, is looking for a Care and Compliance Manager to join their senior leadership team. This is a regional role supporting multiple care homes across the West Yorkshire region and surrounding areas, ensuring high standards of care, safety, and compliance.

With a competitive salary of up to £60,000, car allowance, and a strong benefits package, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s passionate about improving care quality and developing others.


This position is focused on maintaining compliance, driving quality outcomes, and supporting home managers to succeed. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and external stakeholders to ensure the service consistently delivers safe, effective, and person-led care.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Nursing registration (NMC).
  • Experience as a Registered Home Manager
  • Previous experience within care quality and compliance
  • In-depth understanding of CQC regulations and best practices in care delivery.
  • Strong auditing and quality assurance experience.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and leadership skills.
  • A proactive, supportive approach with a genuine passion for delivering excellent care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and monitor quality performance targets across the care homes.
  • Support new or underperforming Managers with practical, hands-on guidance.
  • Lead on internal audits, regulatory readiness, and continuous improvement.
  • Foster strong partnerships with external stakeholders, including CQC and local authorities.
  • Work with Directors to deliver key strategic objectives and drive service development.
  • Identify areas of risk, implement solutions, and embed a culture of learning and accountability.
