Key Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance the delivery of the repairs and maintenance service.
- Oversee large-scale repairs across housing and corporate properties.
- Manage staffing, equipment, and budgets of approximately £10 million.
- Lead procurement and ongoing management of maintenance contracts.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, housing standards, and property maintenance best practices.
- Provide strong leadership to operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
