Based approx. 12 miles outside of Boston, towards Bicker, we have a requirement for Production Operatives to start on a temporary basis until at least October, which has the potential to turn permanent although this is not guaranteed. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 7.00am – 4.30pm with 1 hour for lunch (8.5 hours per day / 42.5 hours per week).
This position is responsible for the manufacture of products according to the defined processes and quality standards.
Duties will include
De-nibbing
Sanding, filling and sealing timber
Physical hanging and removal of materials onto paint lines
The use of air and power tools as well as hand tools
Candidates must either have relevant manufacturing or assembly experience or the ability to be trained. Experience working with woodworking machinery would be advantageous, but working hand tools previously is essential.
This position is very manual and some heavy lifting may be required.
