Randstad is seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a fantastic school in Kirkby. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young children.

Responsibility

What will you be responsible for:

Nurturing the growth and development of young children (ages 0-6). Implementing effective behaviour management strategies within the classroom. Planning and delivering engaging and stimulating lessons aligned with the UK curriculum.

Specifically the activities will be:

Direct teaching of a class of 0-6 year olds. Creating a positive and supportive learning environment. Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure children's well-being and academic progress. Assessing children's learning and providing appropriate feedback.

Experience

What requirements are we looking for?

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) from the UK or Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) status. Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children aged 0-6 in a UK school setting. Proven experience implementing behaviour management strategies.

What requirements are we looking for?

Enhanced DBS check on the updated service. Full right to work in the UK. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for early childhood education.
