Our beautiful venue has an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional with a passion for mixology and a flair for management to join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager.
In this role you will assist the Deputy Manager in leading and managing the Food & Beverage, Cinema and Leisure Departments by handling all aspects of our busy venue, leading the Front of House team to deliver an exceptional experience to our guests
What you need to succeed:
- A proven track of record in a managerial position in bars, restaurants or leisure venues is essential for this role,
- Strong financial acumen and aptitude to analyze P & L reports and implement cost control measures,
- Able to work in fast-paced environment whilst fostering positive and welcoming atmosphere within team and guests,
- Hands-on attitude, strong communication skills and impeccable customer service skills,
- Knows, how to handle big numbers without breaking a sweat,
- Passion for and knowledge of all things Food & Beverage,
- System literate,
- Strong multitasker with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
