Job Title: Chef de Partie
H&C Solutions are delighted to recruit for an exceptional Chef de Partie position within a stylish and highly regarded neighbourhood restaurant near St Katharine Docks (E1). This elegant venue, complete with a cocktail bar and private dining room, is celebrated for its distinctive interior and welcoming atmosphere. With a strong base of loyal, local clientele, it has firmly established itself as a dining destination of choice. As a Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for managing your own section (Grill, Veg, or Sauce), supported by at least two additional chefs per section. You’ll be part of a talented 15+ chef brigade, producing seasonal British cuisine to consistently high standards.
Chef de Partie Benefits:
Competitive starting salary of £34,000 – £36,000 (with progression to earn in excess of £38,000)
4-day working week, averaging 45–48 hours
