About the Role:
Join Hunter Douglas as a key member of our EMEA SAP Finance/Support Team, providing expert functional support primarily within SAP Finance (FI/CO) and related interfaces. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our SAP finance processes across multiple regions.

Deliver timely, high-quality support to SAP Key Users across EMEA.
Investigate and resolve incidents and service requests, identifying and addressing root causes.
Monitor SAP interfaces, troubleshoot errors, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues.
Reassign and escalate complex tickets with comprehensive functional and technical documentation.
Perform SAP FI/CO configuration activities to support system changes and enhancements.
Collect and validate business requirements to enable accurate system updates.
Lead and support functional testing including UAT, regression, and integration testing.
Share knowledge and maintain clear documentation to support the SAP team.
Engage with business stakeholders to deepen process understanding and align support with operational needs.
Identify and drive opportunities for process and system improvements.
Ensure delivery against agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support standards.
Foster strong working relationships with users, peers, and external partners.
Operate within Hunter Douglas’ change management framework to ensure compliant and safe system updates.
Here’s the experience and skills we are looking for:
Proven experience in SAP FI/CO, including hands-on configuration expertise (GL accounts, cost centres, vendor management).
Strong knowledge of finance operations, especially Accounts Payable and supplier payments.
Familiarity with cross-functional SAP modules such as Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across borders and cultures.
Customer-focused, proactive, and self-driven with strong learning agility.
Team player capable of collaborating with local, regional, and outsourced teams.
Cross-cultural mindset to engage effectively with colleagues across Hunter Douglas’ global operations.
