About the Role...
We are looking for an SAP Master Data Specialist to join our dynamic Head Office team in Colwick, Nottingham. You will be responsible for the integrity of data within our SAP systems that is critical to the successful launch of new collections and various transformation projects. The ideal candidate will be a curious learner who enjoys structure and accuracy.

Maintaining integrity of master data in SAP systems.
Identifying and resolving data quality issues and gaps in Master Data processes.
Supporting product launches and business transformation projects.
Assist in master data cleansing, migration, and enrichment activities during SAP projects or system upgrades.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, etc.) to gather and validate Master Data.
Implement and enforce data governance policies, ensuring Master Data remains consistent and compliant.
Documenting data flows and business rules to ensure clear understanding.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines with precision.
Here’s the experience and skills we are looking for:
Experience with ERP systems. SAP (desirable)
Data tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and attention to detail when working with large datasets.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive team player with excellent communication (verbal and written).
Ability to stay organised, prioritise tasks and manage workload.
Stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
