We are seeking a proactive and organised Recruitment Assistant to provide vital support to our in-house recruitment team. This full-time role (37 hours per week) is offered on a permanent basis, supporting Recruitment activities for our Hard to Fill and Executive Recruitment functions.
You’ll be joining a well-established and collaborative team based at County Hall, Trowbridge. The successful candidate will benefit from a flexible working arrangement, combining office and remote work, with an expectation to be in the office at least 50% of your contracted hours.
We’re looking for a Recruitment Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. In this role, you will need to be:
A confident and articulate communicator.
Exceptionally organised with a sharp eye for detail
Comfortable using your initiative and working independently
Adaptable and collaborative, with a can-do attitude
Committed to your own growth, actively seeking opportunities to learn and develop within the role.
As the Recruitment Assistant supporting Hard to Fill and Executive Recruitment, you will also be responsible for:
Supporting hiring managers with shortlisting and ensuring timely communication with prospective candidates
Assisting with the collection and reporting of recruitment data and metrics
Collaborating with recruiters to ensure a cohesive approach to their recruitment activities
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in administration who is eager to grow their career in recruitment. Although not required, previous experience in recruitment will be viewed favourably and may strengthen your application.
If you're someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and values being part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.
