Crynodeb
To provide advice, assistance and support services to older or disabled people and other vulnerable individuals who wish to repair, adapt or improve their homes.
To accurately assess and award grants/loans in accordance with the law/local policy by checking application forms and requesting supporting evidence and information, where appropriate.
To provide a key worker and liaison service for the client throughout the process and with other parties (Occupational Health, contractors, ND Customer Services, etc.).
To support the efficient administration and performance management processes of the service.
To identify the need for minor adaptations, assess, measure for and prescribe adaptations as a Trusted Assessor.
