To accurately determine and award revenues and benefits discounts, exemptions and reliefs in accordance with complex legislative requirements, carefully checking information provided by customers requesting supporting information where appropriate.

To deal with customer enquiries in respect of the revenues and benefits service. Providing direct assistance in resolving enquiries by accessing both IBS and Comino systems, meeting the service priorities and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

To assist in the effective administration of revenues and benefits ensuring the provision of a high quality service to its customers by accurately calculating liability and awarding correct discount and exemption.

To handle all telephone calls and any written correspondence, face to face and emails in a polite and efficient manner ensuring that relevant details relating to revenues and benefits are recorded and resolved within the target timescale.

To provide an effective and efficient first point of contact.
