The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
• Work closely with class teachers to support pupils’ learning in and out of the classroom.
• Provide targeted support to individual pupils, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Support pupils with tasks across a range of subjects, helping to build their confidence and independence.
• Contribute to planning and feedback discussions with teaching staff.
• Undertake lunchtime supervisory duties.
