Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners? We are a welcoming Church of England primary school, part of a dynamic multi-academy trust, dedicated to providing a nurturing and inclusive environment for all our pupils. We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team for Autumn 2025.We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with Forest school experience.In this role, you will work closely with pupils who have special educational needs, providing support to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Your commitment and enthusiasm will play a crucial part in fostering a positive learning experience. This is a fixed term contract e year in the first instance, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our school’s mission and make a meaningful impact within our community.
Contract Type: Fixed term to August 2026, 30 hours per week, term time. We are looking for individuals who:
Are experienced in providing support for children with special education needs.
Are qualified to a minimum of NVQ 2 in supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
Are passionate about supporting pupil learning and development and dedicated to forming and building relationships.
Are strong team players, able to inspire and motivate pupils, working effectively with the teacher.
Are committed to the vision of the school.
have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and is highly motivated.
