Qualifications Delivery Lead - Remote with reasonable in-person meetings (approx. 9-12 a year)

We are seeking a dynamic Qualifications Delivery Lead to drive the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of our
qualifications and assessments within our Awarding Body. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that all qualifications meet the
highest standards, comply with regulatory requirements, and effectively address the needs of learners and stakeholders. If you are

The role:

* To manage the operational delivery of CILEX qualifications and assessments, overseeing the end-to-end process from set-up and
bookings through to delivery, grading, results, certification, enquiries about results and appeals.
* To act as a superuser of CILEX online assessment platforms, CRM and EPA management software
* To provide training sessions and training materials to internal and external customers on online assessment platforms and EPA
management software
* To create and update operational policies, procedures and associated documentation and materials for internal and external
audiences which are compliant with regulatory requirements
* To lead on the delivery of the stakeholder engagement plan taking ownership of the analysis and reporting of feedback
* To oversee reasonable adjustment and special consideration decisions and implementation, resolving complex enquiries.
* To act as a member of CILEX appeals and malpractice panels
* To contribute towards continuous quality improvement, collaborating with colleagues and taking responsibility for service
improvements
* To support internal and external stakeholders regarding the delivery of CILEX qualifications and assessments providing support,
guidance and answering queries as required
* To act as a point of escalation and resolution for complex queries and delivery issues
* To investigate and resolve complaints
* To monitor operational income and spend to inform ongoing budgeting
* To produce reports for Awarding Body managers, CILEX committees and panels
* To contribute to the monitoring, management and mitigation of risks, issues, and conflicts of interest
* To undertake any other duties of a similar level and responsibility as may be required from time to time

What we're looking for:

Essential:

* Educated to degree level or equivalent
* Experience of overseeing and undertaking qualifications and/or assessment delivery for an awarding organisation, professional
body or education establishment
* Experience of creating processes to support qualification and/or assessment delivery
* Experience of using online assessment applications to deliver assessments, for example, TestReach, Surpass, Pearson VUE
* Experience of delivering training to internal or external customers
* Experience of conducting data analysis to inform decision making
* Experience of working with stakeholders of varying levels of seniority




Desirable:

* Experience of the operational delivery of a wide range of different assessment methods, for example, multiple choice testing,
case studies, projects, professional discussion and interviews
* Experience of using End Point Assessment (EPA) software applications, for example epaPRO, ACE360 to support EPA delivery
* Experience of the operational delivery of EPA for apprenticeships in compliance with external quality assurer and DfE
requirements
* Experience of decision making in relation to reasonable adjustment or special consideration applications
* Experience of Ofqual, Qualifications Wales and CCEA regulatory conditions and DfE requirements for apprenticeships

* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to use own initiative to plan, prioritise, oversee and perform a wide variety
of tasks to meet tight deadlines
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to model, handle and interpret data, and produce reports.
* Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external
customers and stakeholders through proactive interaction
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, tasks and new ideas, adopting a flexible attitude
* High levels of accuracy in data management and document handling with ability to spot errors and inconsistencies quickly and
effectively
* Demonstrates a can-do mindset and maintains optimism, even when faced with challenges
* Supportive and encouraging of others, contributing to a supportive and enjoyable team culture
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with the ability to use complex Excel formulae
