An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Section Leader to join our dynamic Production team at our Glaisdale site.
In this key role, you’ll play a crucial part in supporting and leading a team of Production Operatives, ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the department.
Key Responsibilities
Drive and improve departmental KPIs including productivity, quality, service, yield, and waste.
Train, motivate, and support the production team to meet daily targets and standards.
Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
Enforce company policies and maintain discipline within the team.
Conduct professional Return to Work interviews in line with our Absence Management Policy.
Lead recruitment and onboarding efforts to attract and retain top talent.
Carry out regular performance reviews and monitor team output.
Deliver a comprehensive induction programme for all new employees.
About you

A confident and inspiring leader with excellent interpersonal skills.
Highly organised, enthusiastic, and self-assured.
A clear and effective communicator across departments and functions.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data.
