EMSS are looking for 1 Full time AR Team Leader to join their expanding busy team

EMSS are going through an exciting period of growth and have a new Team Leader opportunity available within our team.

The role would suit candidates with strong attention to detail, be confident leading a team , setting goals and have excellent communication skills to ensure SLA's & KPI's are achieved.

About the Role

You will be part of the East Midlands Shared Service, where the overriding standard is one of excellent customer service.
The postholder will be responsible for mentoring and developing an established team of credit controllers and Debt Resolution Officers. In addition to managing and motivating the team, the postholder will be expected to identify gaps in processes and work towards finding necessary improvements to ensure the service EMSS provides is effective and robust

About you

To apply for this post, you must:

  • Direct day-to-day management of a team of credit controllers and Debt resolution officers
  • Responsible for the team’s monthly cash collection and query categorisation and resolution
  • Setting, monitoring, and reporting on individual KPI’s ensuring all cash receipts are analysed to provide the team with doable but challenging targets
  • Providing regular reports on team performance
  • Support management with data insights by creating comprehensive and compelling reports and data analysis
  • Conducting performance reviews, ensuring ledger reviews are scheduled weekly and 121 meetings are held monthly to ensure the reduction of the past due debt in line with expectations and targets set
  • Providing ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities for existing team members.
