The must haves for this role: Proven experience in business or administrative roles, such as PA, Secretary, or Administrator, demonstrating a high level of organisational and coordination skills. Previous demonstrable knowledge and experience of a range of business and administration functions, including data analysis. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders - including psychological professionals, trainees, managers and external training providers Excellent knowledge and experience in a range of IT packages, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), as well as electronic systems such as RiO, ESR, and Dragon Software. You will utilise these tools to manage workforce data, training records, communications, and reporting, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient administration across psychological professions training and workforce development.
