We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support across multiple departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective record-keeping, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Oversee and manage office administration functions, including filing, correspondence, and scheduling.
Support senior management with business documentation, reports, and presentations.
Maintain accurate records of business activities, invoices, and client communications.
Assist in financial administration such as budget tracking, purchase orders, and expense monitoring.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, GDPR, and industry regulations.
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to support smooth business operations.
Undertake ad hoc administrative projects as required.
Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA desirable but not essential).
Proven experience in administrative or business support roles.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
