Are you passionate about preparing students for the world of work, entrepreneurship, and the economy?
We are seeking a dedicated and engaging Business Studies Teacher to join a thriving secondary school or sixth form. You will play a vital role in delivering a relevant, practical, and challenging curriculum that equips students with essential business knowledge and skills. Beginning September 2025.
Duties as a Business Studies Teacher:
Teach Business Studies at KS4 and KS5 (GCSE and A-Level or BTEC).
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that reflect real-world business scenarios and up-to-date economic contexts.
Support students in developing critical thinking, financial awareness, and enterprise skills.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback and interventions.
Contribute to the wider curriculum through business clubs, enterprise activities, or competitions.
Ideal Business Studies Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
A degree in Business, Economics, or a related subject.
Experience teaching Business Studies at Key Stage 4 and ideally Key Stage 5.
Up-to-date knowledge of current business trends and curriculum developments.
Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills as a Business Studies Teacher.
