The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Business Lecturer to deliver engaging lessons to students across a variety of business-related topics, such as:
- Business Management
- Marketing & Strategy
- Finance & Accounting
- Entrepreneurship & Innovation
- Human Resource Management
The successful candidate will inspire learners, support their academic growth, and prepare them for future success in their chosen fields.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with curriculum standards.
- Create innovative and engaging learning resources.
- Support and guide students to achieve their academic goals.
- Keep subject knowledge up-to-date with industry trends and best practice.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business or a related field (postgraduate qualification desirable).
- Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed) or willingness to work towards one.
- Previous experience teaching Business subjects at FE/HE level (preferred).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to inclusive, student-focused education.
