Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Business Support Officer to join our team in London. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to our mission by driving sales and fostering relationships with clients, ensuring that our bespoke solutions meet their needs effectively.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
• Identify and engage potential clients within the corporate and financial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the IT team to tailor solutions that meet client specifications.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
• Report on sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Communicate client’s requirements and organise and conduct customer surveys and analyse the results
• Compile sales figures and submit the analysis reports to the board members with recommendations
• Study competitors pricing through both primary and secondary market research.
• Recruit and train junior staff
Qualifications
• Relevant degree in business and / or marketing-related subject.
• Master’s degree (preferred)
• Proven experience in business development or sales within the IT or software industry.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and CRM software tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on results-driven outcomes.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.

• Entrepreneurial drive, passion and ability to help shape the organisation’s marketing and communication department
• Flexibility to undertake national and international travel if required

Salary: 33,500 .00 per annum
