ABOUT THE ROLE As our Recruitment Specialist, youll be at the heart of our mission to attract and retain exceptional talent. Youll work closely with our care homes, understanding their unique needs and providing hands-on recruitment support that drives success. Your key responsibilities will include: Delivering tailored recruitment support to homes with specific challenges Organising and attending engaging recruitment events, ensuring strong local visibility Training new team members on our recruitment systems and best practices Collaborating with home and regional teams to share insights and drive improvements Partnering with the Recruitment Manager, Head of Recruitment, and Operations Team to align recruitment with business prioritiesABOUT YOU Youre someone who lives our values: caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable. Were looking for someone with: Proven experience in recruitment within the Care Home sector Strong knowledge of UK Right to Work processes Confidence using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) A collaborative spirit youre a team player who builds strong relationships A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle travel is part of the role WHY AVERY?
