We’re now looking for a experienced, enthusiastic, and dedicated Recruitment Specialist to support our homes across Hertfordshire and the surrounding regions. If you’re ready to bring your energy and expertise to a role that truly matters, we’d love to hear from you!
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Recruitment Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to attract and retain exceptional talent. You’ll work closely with our care homes, understanding their unique needs and providing hands-on recruitment support that drives success.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering tailored recruitment support to homes with specific challenges
- Organising and attending engaging recruitment events, ensuring strong local visibility
- Training new team members on our recruitment systems and best practices
- Collaborating with home and regional teams to share insights and drive improvements
- Partnering with the Recruitment Manager, Head of Recruitment, and Operations Team to align recruitment with business priorities
You’re someone who lives our values: caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in recruitment within the Care Home sector
- Strong knowledge of UK Right to Work processes
- Confidence using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- A collaborative spirit – you’re a team player who builds strong relationships
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle – travel is part of the role
