Your JobThe college is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated PA to the Principal and MANCEP Project Manager to provide a high quality administrative service to support the Principal and wider college team, ensuring efficient and appropriate communications and displaying the values of the college in their day-to-day role. The Role of the MANCEP project Manager will be key to the success of the Catholic Education delivery within Manchester.
Key responsibilities include managing the Principal’s diary, handling correspondence and telephone calls, preparing documents and presentations, minute-taking, and maintaining efficient filing systems. The role also involves liaising with external organisations, arranging travel and accommodation, supporting meetings, and ensuring compliance with data protection and college procedures. Strong IT and communication skills are essential.
MANCEP project management will involve providing event coordination support for the MANCEP partnership, organising and chairing meetings, supporting subject-specific groups, and liaising with chairs to prepare agendas and notes. Responsibilities also include managing the MANCEP Day budget, maintaining partnerships with external organisations, producing an annual calendar, and organising major events such as the Heads and Principals’ Conference and MANCEP Mass.
