This is a maternity cover role, working 37 hours per week.
Interviews for this role will take place on-site, at one of our college campuses in Weston-super-Mare.
Day to day duties of the role
- Prepare contracts for authorisation for Apprenticeship Assessment Organisations (AAOs), managing the annual review process to identify where the College should renegotiate contracts against performance.
- Gather information on the Apprenticeship Assessment process for each Apprenticeship Assessment Organisation so that referrals meet the requirements and are not unnecessarily delayed.
- Research AAO organisations and prices in order to negotiate with AAOs to achieve best value against AA predicted volumes.
- Analyse AA feedback and provide information to AAOs from the feedback of apprentices, employers and staff to improve the EPA process.
Required skills and qualifications
- A Level 3 Administration qualification, or equivalent.
- Experience in designing and introducing systems and processes to ensure high customer experience, quality and compliance.
- Experience and evidence of communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience and evidence of dealing with financial payments, including invoicing and purchases.
