We’re now seeking an NMC-registered Home Manager (RGN or RMN) to lead this well-established service into its next chapter. Your clinical background will be essential in guiding the team, maintaining our high standards, and ensuring every resident receives exceptional, person-led care.

Excitingly, Clarence Park will soon be moving into the Specialist Care Division of Willinbrook within the Care Concern Group. This transition will bring new opportunities, enhanced resources, and specialist expertise to support you in achieving the highest standards of care.
What You’ll Bring
- A current NMC pin (RGN or RMN) – this is essential
- Proven leadership experience in elderly or specialist care
- Commercial and operational know-how to manage fees, occupancy, and quality outcomes
- Experience with regulatory turnaround or service improvement (desirable)
- A visible, supportive leadership style that keeps your team motivated and inspired
- A commitment to person-led, dignified care in everything you do
