Job Title: Administrator
Location: Coventry
Hours: 24 hours weekly
Rate: £13.50ph - £14.71ph DOE
We are currently recruiting for a part-time Administrator to cover maternity leave, based in CV3. This is a 24-hour-per-week role, with flexibility around the days worked.
The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to the Operations department, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site. Responsibilities will include:
• Managing incoming and outgoing post to ensure timely distribution
• Ordering office supplies, equipment, and other inventories
• Processing and tracking invoices and purchase orders
• Purchasing and monitoring safety equipment and supplies
• Supporting health & safety administration and facilities management
• Assisting with various operational tasks and providing ad-hoc admin support as needed
What we're looking for:
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
