An exciting opportunity has arisen to join North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership in the role of Principal Manager, Planning, Performance and Transformation. Reporting to the Director and Partnership Senior Management Team, you will play a vital role in driving innovation and managing all aspects of planning, performance and transformation to meet the Partnership's strategic priorities, including the performance management and data systems to support this. You’ll also be responsible for the development of a Strategic Plan and all other statutory reporting duties of the HSCP, and will work across our integrated NHS Ayrshire & Arran and North Ayrshire Council structures to support front line services to achieve the overall objectives of the HSCP, ensuring effective liaison and working relationships with other planning and performance functions within these organisations and other partnerships. This is a key role within NAHSCP, and we’re seeking an exceptional individual who can build positive relationships, is flexible, and has the drive and commitment to support us on our integration journey. see attached role profile below for more information.
