Crynodeb
You will be an experienced HR professional with MCIPD, who has experience of operating as a Senior HR practitioner in a fast paced environment and be highly competent with People/HR Information systems such as ESR. Ideally you should have proven experience of People/HR in a healthcare setting. You will have a track record of dealing with a range of people related and HR issues, development of people related HR/OD policies, procedures or strategies and have the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a range of stakeholders. Your knowledge of employment legislation and workforce metrics/information systems will be matched with an ability to provide support and advice on complex employee relations and organisational change matters.
