The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs

Key responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEMH needs
- Assist in the development and implementation of personalised learning plans
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure consistent support
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in education, childcare, or a related field
- Enhanced DBS check and references
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school setting
