In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a genuine impact on the lives of young learners with social, emotional, and mental health needs. Working closely with experienced teachers, you will provide individualised support and guidance to help students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs

- A positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate with the school team

Key responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEMH needs
- Assist in the development and implementation of personalised learning plans
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure consistent support

Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in education, childcare, or a related field
- Enhanced DBS check and references
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school setting
