Location: Nottingham (NG7)
Day Rate: £140 - £150 per day
Contract: Long-term with potential for permanent placement
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Start Date: September 2025

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead and inspire a dedicated early years team. This role involves overseeing the daily running of the nursery, ensuring compliance with EYFS standards, and creating a safe, stimulating environment where children can thrive. You will play a key role in staff development, safeguarding, and building strong relationships with families.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the nursery team, ensuring high-quality early years provision.
- Oversee planning and implementation of the EYFS curriculum.
- Ensure all safeguarding and health & safety policies are adhered to.
- Maintain accurate records, including registers, staff rotas, and child development plans.
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively.

The Ideal Candidate
- Experience: Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager.
- Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong leadership and organisational skills with a commitment to delivering outstanding care and education.
- Knowledge: Excellent understanding of EYFS framework, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements.
- Attributes: Enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about early years development.
