Location: Nottingham
Salary: £38,000 to £42,000 (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Loyal Blue Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected, two-time award-winning nursery group. All of their settings have been rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead a warm, welcoming and well-established nursery in Nottingham.

About the Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery and for leading a dedicated team to ensure the highest standards of care and education.

You will create a safe, organised and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. You will work closely with staff, children and families to maintain a nurturing and professional atmosphere that reflects the values of the nursery group.

Main duties include:
Leading and supporting the Deputy Manager, Room Leaders and wider team.

Creating an inspiring and educational environment that promotes learning through play.

Making sure the nursery stays compliant with EYFS, safeguarding, health and safety, and internal policies.

Managing staff rotas, inductions, appraisals and development.

Building strong relationships with parents and carers and communicating clearly in person, in writing and online.

Preparing for Ofsted inspections and regular audits.

Supporting the development of a positive and collaborative team culture.

What we are looking for:
You must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum).

You will need previous experience in a leadership role in an early years setting.

You will be highly organised, confident and committed to maintaining excellent standards of care.

You must have a sound knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding guidance.

You’ll also be a great communicator and able to build strong relationships with staff, children and families.
