The Strategic Workforce Planning & People Analytics Team Lead will play a crucial role in developing the UKSC Strategic Workforce Plan, focusing on working with business units to define and understand their workforce planning requirements and capability gaps. The post holder will support delivery of strategic workforce planning, data analytics, and optimising human capital to enhance UKSC's operational effectiveness.
Supporting Strategic Workforce Planning & People Analytics Team lead, the SWP & PA Manager will;
Support the design and development of analytical products and tools.
Support the building of people analytics capability, identifying skills gaps and addressing development needs.
Provide Subject Matter Expert guidance for analysis and introduce best practice across analytical products and tools.
Work closely with others to improve insights and share common lessons learnt.
Support the delivery of relevant policies, processes, and procedures to drive forward better analysis and insight across the organisation.
For ad-hoc reporting/new requests operate a commissioning/triage process to support continuous improvements and deliver the most cost effective and resilient solution.
