Crynodeb
Candidates will demonstrate a positive attitude in working towards and providing, a quality patient-centred service underpinned by a sound culture of clinical governance. Post holders will at times be expected to work autonomously with the minimum of supervision and be able co-ordinate their own activities and that of the clinical team in order to ensure that an efficient service is provided. Working in a highly flexible way in order to respond to changing clinical priorities, there may also be a requirement to work weekends and Bank Holidays in order to deliver a 7 day service when needed.
