About the Role – Graduate STEM Teaching AssistantAs a Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across subjects such as Maths, Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics), Computer Science, and Engineering. You’ll work alongside experienced teachers to deliver engaging lessons, provide targeted academic interventions, and help students achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:-
Delivering one-to-one and small group interventions

Assisting with lesson planning, classroom activities, and resource preparation

Supporting students in the run-up to their GCSE and A-Level exams

Helping to develop engaging and inclusive teaching strategies

Gaining valuable insight into diverse educational needs and approaches
Candidate Profile – Who We’re Looking ForWe welcome applications from passionate and enthusiastic STEM graduates who are:

Educated to degree level with a 2:1 or above in a STEM field (e.g., Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Computer Science)

Confident in explaining subject content and supporting learners of all abilities

Reliable, professional, and committed to making a difference

Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

Ideally experienced in working with young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, outreach)

Interested in pursuing a career in teaching, education, or academic research
