A high-achieving and supportive secondary school in Telford is seeking a Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join their team from September 2025. This is a full-time, paid position ideal for aspiring educators looking to gain hands-on experience in a secondary setting. Graduates from core subject backgrounds are especially encouraged to apply.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4

  
  

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with additional learning needs

  
  

• Assist pupils in core subjects to help deepen understanding and boost confidence

  
  

• Help prepare classroom resources, support lesson delivery, and track student progress

  
  

• Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

  
  What We’re Looking For:

  • A graduate with a 2:1 or above (degrees in Education, Psychology, English, Maths, Science, or similar subjects welcome)

    
    

  • A proactive, enthusiastic individual who is passionate about supporting young learners

    
    

  • Experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is beneficial

    
    

  • Full-time availability from September 2025 to July 2026
