This is a great opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people while shaping and driving the standards of care across multiple homes.

About the Role
As Registered Service Manager, you will:
• Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation and strategic development of our children’s homes, ensuring compliance with regulations and consistently high standards of care.
• Lead, support and develop a dedicated team to deliver safe, nurturing, and positive environments for the young people we support.
• Work with relevant agencies to evidence compliance with safeguarding and child protection frameworks, ensuring young people are kept safe and supported to thrive.
• Champion high aspirations for every young person in our care.
• Oversee compliance with the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023, and ensure homes are always inspection ready.
• Act as Designated Safeguarding Officer and be accountable for safeguarding, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across the homes.
About You
We’re looking for a strong, inspiring leader who is registered under the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023.

The successful candidate will have:
• Experience in a management role within children’s residential services.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding regulatory standards and delivering positive outcomes for young people.
• Experience carrying out risk assessments, compliance audits, inspections and quality assurance reviews.
• A good understanding of Ofsted and safeguarding standards as well as the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023.
• The ability to manage, motivate and develop teams to the highest standards, including creating and managing rotas.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the resilience and passion to drive continuous improvement.
• A driving licence and access to your own vehicle. You must have flexibility to travel regularly between homes and participate in the on-call rota.
What We Offer
• Competitive base salary of £45,000 to £55,000 plus allowances.
• Additional allowances for on-call and sleep-ins.
• Company profit-linked bonus scheme.
• Hybrid working model with flexibility to work from home when not visiting our homes.
• A supportive organisation with ongoing professional development and leadership opportunities.
• The chance to be part of a dedicated, values-driven organisation where young people’s outcomes are at the heart of everything we do.
