Registered Children’s Home Manager – Liverpool
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (DOE) + performance bonus
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Are you an experienced leader with the drive and compassion to transform young lives?
We’re looking for a Registered Manager to run our brand-new 2-bed EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties) home in Liverpool, offering a safe and supportive environment for children aged 8–17.
Your role:
Lead, inspire, and develop a committed team to deliver exceptional care.
Ensure the home meets and exceeds Ofsted standards and all statutory requirements.
Create a nurturing, structured environment where children can feel safe, valued, and able to thrive.
Manage budgets, resources, and rotas effectively.
Work closely with local authorities, families, and partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes.
What you’ll need:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it).
At least 2 years’ managerial experience in a children’s residential setting.
Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and children’s legislation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
A genuine passion for improving the lives of vulnerable children.
