Part-Time Business Support Officer based in Widnes £22,103 per annum.

Our client is looking for a business support officer to ensure the transportation of incoming goods are coordinated in a timely & safe condition, to work at their site in Oldgate, Widnes.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Manage the ‘goods in / out’ process
- Raise Stock orders and maintain purchasing data to ensure goods are received in a timely manner
- Raise Non-stock orders ensuring correct budget centre is used
- Approval of invoices from goods receipt to payment
- Ensure correct transport labels printed for outgoing orders

Key Skills and Experience

- Competent in Word/Excel/Powerpoint
- Experience of working as part of a team as administrator or support officer
- Excellent communication skills and display strong networking ability

The job role is for 25 hours per week, working 8am - 1pm Monday-Friday. Our client is flexible and could accomodate school hours.

The rate of pay is £22,105 per annum.

This is a temporary, 12 month fixed-term contract, payable weekly through Exchange People.
