Your Responsibilities:
• Delivering high-quality, compassionate care tailored to each individual
• Supporting daily living tasks, including personal care and mobility
• Promoting independence and encouraging participation in activities
• Building strong, supportive relationships with clients
• Assisting individuals with complex or challenging behaviours
• Ensuring a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment
