You will need to register if you do not already have an account The inpatient team has a wealth of experience and expertise in this area and you will be well supported by them. Clinical and managerial supervision is embedded in the role. The skill mix consists of consultant psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, psychiatric nurses, occupational therapists and a social worker. Local induction will be provided and there is opportunity to access specialist training specific to the role. A good understanding of safeguarding children procedures is an essential requirement of the job along with excellent communication skills as you will be working with families sometimes in times of distress.
