Summary
We are looking for a Qualified Nursery Practitioner/ Early Years Teacher to join our welcoming and friendly team and to support the development of our nursery ethos - Big hearts, Open minds, Great adventures.

We are passionate about outdoor learning spending lots of time in our forest school and building community relationships by taking our pre-school children to spend time at the local residential home.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead exciting and engaging activities to spark curiosity and learning in our children
Create a welcoming and supportive environment for our little ones to thrive in
Foster meaningful relationships with children, encouraging their social and emotional growth
Collaborate with parents and colleagues to ensure the best care and development for each child
Keep the room organised and tidy
Qualifications:
A big heart and a love for working with children
Sparkling personality with a big smile and lots of energy are a must
Creativity, enthusiasm, and a sense of adventure!
Love being outdoors, we utilse our forest school daily
Level 3 Qualified, Early Years Teacher
We are extremely proud of our outstanding nursery team and the exceptional care and education they give, we hold current awards for:
· Joint winner of Eco in the Early Years - Nursery World 2023
· Eco Schools Green Flag with Distinction
· RHS Gardening for Schools Level 5
· Kids' Cooking & Nutrition Education - NMT Award 2023
We have both part-time and full time roles available. Part-time hours for this role will be between our opening hours of 7.30am-6pm. Unfortunately part-time school hours will not be considered for this role.
As a nursery we are very committed to child and staff wellbeing and we offer an extensive wellbeing program including a wellbeing app. We regularly reward our team with appreciation days, and offer a wealth of staff benefits which include:
