Gower College Swansea is one of the largest colleges in Wales with a strong reputation for high quality teaching and learning. We have six campuses across the city with over 4,500 full time learners and 10,000 part time learners. We currently have a turnover of over £50 million making us a major employer in the region with approximately 1,000 staff.

The role:
Full time - 37 Hours per week
Term Time - 37 Weeks per annum
Fixed Term until July 5th 2026
£12.80 - £13.07 per hour (£20,276.33 - £20,708.28 Per Annum)
Tycoch and Gorseinon campuses
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a platform for student feedback on the use and improvement of student areas and enrichment opportunities.
Be a first responder to incidents or reports of conflict, using de-escalation and restorative approaches.
Help students develop a sense of belonging by encouraging inclusive and representative activities across campuses.
About you:
GCSE Grade A-C or equivalent in Maths and English qualification.
Experience working with students or young people in an educational or youth/community setting
Experience of admin and accurate record keeping.
