Job Description:
Eclipse Recruitment is currently recruiting HGV Class 1 drivers for either day or night shift rotas depending on driver preference in Melton Mowbray.
The work involves carrying out up to 3 local site-to-site Load & Tips back and forth. This is steady, straightforward work with minimal manual handling. All trailers are rolling self-tip/load without the driver having to handle any of the load (full training will be provided). All drivers will need to do is check that the loads have been securely fastened before moving the vehicle.
Pay Rates
Days
Monday to Friday – £17.00 PAYE / £21.50 PAYE (UMBRELLA)
Weekend premium rates apply for all shifts Sat & Sun
Nights
Monday to Friday – £18.00 PAYE / £22.50 PAYE (UMBRELLA)
Weekend premium rates apply for all shifts Sat & Sun
Requirements
At least 2 years UK Class 1 driving experience (essential)
Full UK driving licence with valid C+E entitlement
Valid Digital Tachograph and CPC cards
