Crynodeb
Supporting the Head of UEC in the day-to-day management of the programme, providing a light-touch PMO. Project managing Project 3 Cycle times, owning its documentation, and contributing to the delivery of the project through both a small system working group and a newly-established layer of performance governance based in each of the three Transfer of Care Hubs; andIn-reaching to Project 1 as may be required to support with drafting of plans and other documentation. The staff member will need to be experienced in project and programme management, able to collaborate with a wide range of system partners, and keen to get involved in the operational detail of discharge pathways across the system, including local authority processes. Experience of using improvement methodologies, e.g. LEAN thinking, is desirable for this post, but not essential.
