Summary
This role will support, lead and be responsible for the Digital Change portfolio of work within UHBW and across the wider Health Care System that are focused on consolidation and interoperability. UHBW has an ambition to drive Digital Change across BNSSG and this role will play a pivotal part in this journey.
The challenges we are currently facing in meeting the demands of an aging population are helping to provide opportunities for innovation. This is the key to streamlining systems, optimising systems, improving patient outcomes, and reducing human error.

University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW) is seeking a dynamic Senior Programme Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering our strategic digital vision.
Main Responsibilities
• Lead the ongoing implementation of UHBW’s strategic digital vision in collaboration with senior Digital Programme colleagues.
• Provide inclusive and inspirational management to colleagues and stakeholders involved in delivering Digital Programme portfolio initiatives and programme management functions.
• Leverage extensive project and programme managementexpertiseto deliver on internal, joint, and external programme commitments.
• Champion opportunities to improve patient outcomes through the adoption of digital technologies and innovative solutions.
• Build and manage strong relationships with local, regional, and national partners, as well as suppliers, to foster andmaintaincollaborative working environments.
• Ensure robust programme governance through effective monitoring, scope alignment, milestone tracking, and resource planning.
• Act as an ambassador for Digital Services, cultivating stakeholder relationships and ensuring communications and change management practices are applied effectively.
