Crynodeb
The post holder is expected to take responsibility for their own Continuing Professional Development and take part in Continuing Medical Education activities, in line with the requirements of the Royal College of Physician guidelines to maintain standards of performance and in consultation with the Lead Clinician. The post-holder will be expected to be committed to the concept of lifelong learning and produce and maintain, as part of the appraisal process, a Personal Development Plan in agreement with their Lead Clinician / Clinical Director. Study leave is available as provided for under the Terms and Conditions of Service for Hospital Medical and Dental staff, subject to the approval of the Clinical Director / General Manager.
